The Sugar Hollows

The Sugar Hollows is "some kind of rock band" from Richmond, VA.

The band was formed in 2020 during the nationwide lockdown when Mike Dunn and Gabe Spadaccini became neighbors in a Carytown apartment complex and heard each other playing music through the walls one day. A few jam sessions here and there as a duo quickly became a number of cover gigs throughout Virginia and North Carolina where the two played folk, rock, and country tunes by the likes of James Taylor, Bob Seger, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Sturgill Simpson, and Tyler Childers amongst many others. By 2022, the group released their debut single ‘Follow the River’ and became a quintet when Sean O’Reilly, Noah Yates, and Hayden Chance joined the band, each bringing their own influence and flare. A couple albums and a few tours later, the band continues to grow and evolve on their journey to write and play music that feels unique and honest to who they are, yet relatable to all of those who hear it
